Right of Withdrawal

Can I cancel my purchase?

The digital files (STL and other 3D printing formats) that we sell through this Website are digital content supplied online. In accordance with Article 103.m) of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply where the following two conditions are met:

• You have expressly requested that the supply of the digital content begin immediately; and
• You have declared that you are aware that, as a consequence, you would lose your right of withdrawal.

Both conditions are recorded by means of the consent box you ticked during the purchase process, before accessing the download of the File.

Consequently, if you have already started the download of the File purchased, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of that purchase.

Is there any case in which I can still withdraw?

Yes. If, for technical reasons beyond your control, you have been unable to access or start the download of the File despite having made the payment, you retain your right of withdrawal for the 14 calendar days following the date of purchase.

We recommend that, before requesting withdrawal, you contact us by email describing the technical problem you have experienced: in most cases we can restore access to the download immediately.

Is there a problem with the File you downloaded?

If the File you have downloaded is defective or does not correspond to the product description, this is not a case of withdrawal but of the legal guarantee of conformity, which protects you for 2 years from the download. In that case, contact us at legal@closeeyesstudio.com and we will resolve it.

What happens after sending the form?

Once the form has been received, Close Eyes Studio will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email with an identifying reference for your request. The refund of the full amount paid will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the form, using the same payment method used for the purchase, at no additional cost to you.
