By submitting your photo, you authorise Close Eyes Studio to publish it on the Close Eyes Studio website (for example, a customer gallery or product pages) and on our official Instagram and MyMiniFactory channels.
This authorisation applies worldwide and remains valid indefinitely, until you withdraw your consent as described below.
Your username or social media account (@username) will be credited if you provide one, unless you indicate otherwise.
Participation is free of charge. As the only consideration, you will receive a discount code for your next purchase; you will not receive any other financial compensation.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing legal@closeeyesstudio.com, indicating the image and, if possible, where it was published. We will remove it within a maximum of 10 working days. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior publication, does not oblige us to recover copies already shared by third parties outside our official channels, and does not affect a discount code already issued.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the image submitted does not infringe third-party rights.
