STL File License Agreement

By purchasing and downloading any STL file from Close Eyes Studio®, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership

All STL files, designs, and associated content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Close Eyes Studio®.

No ownership rights are transferred to the purchaser.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual personal-use license to use the STL files under the conditions described below.

3. Permitted Uses

You may:

• Print the STL files for personal use.
• Use printed bases in personal hobby projects.
• Modify the STL files for personal use only.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Sell, share, distribute, or gift the STL files.
• Upload files to file-sharing platforms or cloud libraries.
• Resell or redistribute modified versions of the files.
• Sell physical prints derived from the STL files without written commercial authorization.
• Use the files for commercial production.
• Use the files for NFTs, digital resale, or blockchain-related distribution.
• Sublicense or transfer your license to any third party.

5. Commercial Licensing

Commercial rights are not included with standard purchases.

If you wish to sell printed versions of our designs, you must obtain a separate written commercial license from Close Eyes Studio®.

6. Termination

Any breach of this agreement automatically terminates the license granted.

Upon termination, the user must delete all digital files and cease use of printed derivatives for commercial purposes.

7. Governing Law

This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

8. Copyright Protection

All STL files are protected under European and international copyright law.

Unauthorized distribution or commercial exploitation may result in legal action.
